Eligibility window
Returns may be requested for eligible defective or non-defective merchandise, and exchange requests are accepted. The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. All returned merchandise must be new. A change-of-mind, preference, or selection return must remain unused and in original condition with packaging, labels, and accessories.
Request before sending
Write to dobushkfotografo@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and requested resolution. Damage, defects, incorrect products, missing parts, or a substantial description mismatch should include photos or video. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address and mailing directions. The package includes a free prepaid return label; contact us if it is missing. No restocking fee applies, and replacement availability controls exchanges.
Approved refunds
We process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Financial institutions may need extra posting time. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer protections.
