Preparing a confirmed order
We generally ready an order within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Once a carrier receives it, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. These stages are counted separately, and carrier timing can change.
Checkout and address accuracy
The cart and delivery address determine available destinations, services, charges, and any shipping promotion at checkout. The recipient name, apartment or unit, street, city, state, ZIP code, email, and phone should be complete. Tracking updates are provided when issued by the carrier.
When a parcel needs investigation
Email dobushkfotografo@gmail.com if tracking stops, a package is lost, a delivered scan cannot be located, or the parcel arrives damaged. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and relevant images.
