Purchase offers
An order submission is an offer. Inventory, payment, address, suspected fraud, error, or policy considerations can lead us to restrict, reject, or cancel it. Checkout supplies the governing price, tax, payment authorization, and delivery choices.
Policies and protected rights
The Refund Policy covers eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Requests are due within 30 calendar days after delivery. Every return must be new, and a non-defective item must also be unused and in original condition. Approved mailed returns use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, no restocking fee applies, and refunds are processed and initiated within 10 days after approval.
